Biography
My nursing career started with my BSN in 1994 at Mennonite College of Nursing (MCN). I then was able to get my MSN with my Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2000 also from MCN at ISU. I have been a practitioner for 25 years and came back to ISU to teach BSN students. I have worked in Cardiac Stepdown 1994-2000, OB/Gyne office, Planned Parenthood, College Health at UIS for 13.5 years and the Public Health Department in the STI/Prep Clinic for 10.5 years.
